IY Aurigae / IY Aur
Light curve and phase diagram of the EB type* eclipsing binary IY Aurigae / IY Aur. These were constructed from 104 unfiltered images taken with the Bradford Robotic Telescope Cluster Camera (BRT) between 2012 September 23 and 2016 January 11. (*ref GCVS)
A secondary minimum was observed on 2022 February 4 from Somerby Observatory with the 2 Inch Titan. The images used were unfiltered.
The corresponding HJD of minimum, as calculated by Peranso, is HJD 2459615.533222+-0.000251.
The above sets of results have been combined into the following light curve and phase diagram. The BRT results are in black and the secondary minimum as observed from Somerby is in red. The period used is 2.7934 days.
The catalogue period for this star is 2.79338d (GCVS, AAVSO VSX, Kreiner). There is little o-c evident for this star (Kreiner). (Accessed 2022 February 6.)
